2010
2010 is starting with a bang, the band has many gigs on its home turf of Northfield venues. There are more dates coming up in Rochester too.
The 2010 band members include some new faces Miki B on the violin, banjo, and vocals. Jeff M is on the drums and assorted percussion. Steve D and Ryan N are both playing some bass. Paul D is still the man on lead guitar, keyboard, etc. Peter L is playing keyboards and sax.
2009
June is bringing change to the band. Pete (drums) and Hannah (bass & violin) are both graduating from Carleton College this month and moving on with life. They have been a great addtion to the band and they will be sadly missed. They will be with us for 2 more shows, with the grand finaley coming on Saturday June 27th @ the Junebug Music Festival at the Contented Cow. (check events page for specific details)
Scott Barvir will be back on drums starting in July. We look forward to having him back in action with the band.
The band is also happy to annouce a new face. Peter Laack of Rochester is joining the group this month. He is a multi instrument artist, playing both sax and keyboard/synth, as well as contributing background vocals.
At this time the band is on the look out for a bass player--if anyone is interested or knows of someone please contact Martin for more info and an audition.
We would like to thank Mark Grundhoefer for the wonderful hospitality during our visit to the awesome Bella Madre Music Festival @ Harmony Park over Memorial Weekend. A good time was had by all!
